- In a bowl sieve the all dry ingredients that is all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix it gently by cut and fold method. Remember don't beat it..
- After mixing the batter preparing the mould by greasing with little oil and dust little flour..
- Now pour the batter it cake tin for baking in a preheated oven at 170° and bake for an approx 30-40 minutes..
- After 30-40 minutes your basic carrot flavoured cake is ready..
