- You need 1 cup of refined flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of granulated sugar.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need 1/2 cup of refined oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- It's 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- You need 1/4 tsp of vanilla essence.
- Prepare 1 cup of grated carrot.
- It's 1/4 cup of dry fruits like cashews & almonds.
Carrot Cake step by step
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 mints..
- Grease & flour a cake mould..
- Beats eggs, sugar, oil,vanilla essence in a mixing bowl..
- In another bowl mix flour,baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon powder..
- Add dry flour mixture to egg mixture.Stir in grated carrots & mix well..
- Pour the batter into prepared cake tin..
- Sprinkle the dry fruits in it & bake the batter in preheated oven for 25 mints at 180 degree centigrade..
- Cool the cake in pan & then remove the delicious carrot cake from the mould..
- Transfer it to a serving plate..
- Made carrot Halwa with grated carrot, milk,milk powder & sugar..
- Now I made a cookpad logo on the carrot cake with carrot/ Gajar Halwa, icing sugar & chocolate sauce (mixed it with coco powder & melted cadberry chocolate)..
- Serve the delicious & healthy carrot cake..
