- Prepare 250 grams of Normal flour.
- You need 3 medium of Eggs.
- It's 350 ml of Semi skimmed milk.
- It's 10 ml of Oil.

- Pour the flour in to a bowl.
- Pour milk and eggs into a smaller bowl and then whisk gently.
- Know mix the milk and eggs with the flour using a blender.
- Know pour the oil in to a very small bowl and dip a tissue in it.
- Heat up the frying pan for a minute.
- Know oil the frying pan using the tissue make sure that you also oil the sides.
- Know pour the mixture into the frying pan.
- Leave it in there until you see the sides are starting to Krisp off the edges of the frying pan.
- Then you can flip it.
- Once you have flipped it leave it in the frying pan for another 6 minutes . Do not worry if you see that it is burnt for it will still taste good.
- Know it s ready to be served.serve it with watch ever you like normal pancakes with ,but this one will taste better.
