Dalgona Mocha cake step by step
- In one bowl add milk,oil,curd,vanila essence.
- Then strain maida,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa pwder and icing sugar,mix well by cut and fold method.
- Pour batter into greased tin,bake at power 100 for 4 minutes,Allow it to stand for a minute,turn the tin.
- For dalgona frosting.
- In one bowl add coffee powder,add sugar and water.
- Beat till it fluffy and light.
- Cut the cake into 2 layer,Apply sugar syrup and chocolate syrup then put the 2nd repeat the process again.cover the top and side of the cake with dalgona coffee cream.keep it into freeze for 20 minutes. Drizzle chocolate syrup on the cake.
