  2. Cream sugar & butter, beat until fluffy, add eggs, mix cocoa & food coloring, then add sugar mixture; mix well add flour & salt mixture wit buttermilk, blend in vanilla.
  3. small bowl, combine baking soda & vinegar then add 2 the mixture, pour batter into 3 round greasedn& floured pans. Bake for 20-25 mins, or until tooth pick center comes out clean. Removenfrom heat & cool completely before frosting.
  4. Blend Cream cheese & butter; add marshmallows& sugar then blend, fold in coconut & pecans. Spread between layers & on top & sides of cooled cake.
