- Prep your baking tin.
- Preheat your oven ti 180°c.
- Mix your margarine and sugar for a few minutes.
- Add your eggs one by one mixing using a wooden spoon.
- Put some vinegar/lemon in your milk to make it buttermilk.or if you have buttermilk the better for you.set aside for a few minutes.
- Take a small bowl put your rasberry red food color,add a little vinegar mix then pour it into your buttermilk..
- Add your mixture into the egg,sugar and bb mixture n mix for a few minutes.
- Sieve your baking powder,cocoa and flour.set aside.
- Take your baking soda add some vinegar let it fuzz a little then add quickly to your mixture.then fold in your flour mixture..
- Pour into your baking tin and bake for 30-45minutes at 180°c..
- Use a toothpick to check if its done.if it comes out clean your cake is ready.set it aside and allow it to cool.
