  3. At medium speed mix sugar and oil.

  6. Pour batter evenly into 2 round cake pans. (pans should be lined with parchment paper and dusted with flour).

  9. When the cake is fully cooled make frosting. Take out your cooled flour blend. Mix sugar and butter at medium speed. Add flour blend. Mix until light and fluffy..
