It's comprised of two moist and wickedly delicious layers of chocolate cake. Each layer is then topped with a cinnamon infused chocolate buttercream frosting and chopped caramel Tim Tam biscuits. - Melt cooking chocolate in microwave until fully melted. Spread the melted cooking chocolate on top of the cake. (Allow melted chocolate to drip down sides.).
