  1. Dry Fruit cake.
  2. In a separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking powder n soda. Add the chopped dry fruits to the flour, mix, add the food color and then fold in the egg batter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a round cake tin and pour the batter. Bake for 20 minutes or till the skewer comes out clean.
