2. Add one egg at a time, beat well. Scrap off sides.
3. Add flour & milk in batches.
4. Add little of the pineapple syrup.
5. Take a loose bottom 8" tin. Line the bottom witj grease proof paper.
6. Sprinkle the sugar. Arrange the pineapple rings. Add cherries.
7. Bake in a pre heated oven@160°c for 50-55 mins, or till done..
